La France Renaissante

La France Renaissante

This sculpture is from Holger Wederkinch. It was done in 1930 and given to Paris by its danish inhabitants. It represents Joan of Arc, but is very different from the traditional way she is depicted. The statue was thus renamed La France Renaissante.
